I am committed to keeping my community safe.

As a father of three- my vision for Colorado is one where our neighborhoods and children are protected from violence.

Unfortunately, I am all too aware that we are far off from where we want to be.

As a Representative, I have worked tirelessly to ensure that all Coloradans are protected in an equitable way. Specifically, I have focused on passing legislation that provides guidelines for gun owners to safely store their firearms, preventing future gun-related accidents. As a hunter myself, I believe we can pursue these initiatives while respecting the 2nd Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens.

I am proud to share that my commitment to public safety and my work as a healthcare worker, fighting to expand access to mental health resources, has earned me an endorsement from the Colorado Fraternal Order of Police: the largest law enforcement organization in Colorado, representing several thousand sworn law enforcement officers across the state.

I am committed to continuing to work with community members and Police Organizations alike, to ensure that ALL Coloradans are able to live freely and safely in our wonderful state. Going to school, the grocery store, or the movie theatre should be carefree activities, and I am determined to work towards that a Colorado where that’s possible.
